Job Description:

Coordinates procurement with sales team, confers with vendors to obtain right parts, volume, price, and shipping schedule. Establish accurate purchasing information such as product descriptions, price, and part numbers. Prepares and delivers purchase orders. Monitors vendor responses and arrival schedules. Discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with quality control personnel, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action.

Main Responsibilities (not limited to the following):

  • Creating Purchase Orders to vendors
  • sourcing Parts worldwide on the open market and with the manufacturer
  • Negotiate best price nd terms
  • Determine need to test parts and follow-up on testing results
  • Understand and set-up escrow accounts for purchasing of parts

The best candidate will have experience purchasing for an independent distributor.

WAREHOUSE CLERK

CTrends is an independent distributor of electronic components. Business in 2021 is booming. We have an immediate opening for a warehouse clerk.

Job Duties

  • Receives, stores, and distributes material, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the following duties.
  • Reads customer orders, shipping order, pick ticket, or requisition to determine items to be moved gathered, or distributed.
  • Conveys materials and items from receiving area to storage or to other designated areas.
  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, or product code.
  • Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for material or other stock items and distributes items to shipping area.
  • Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
  • Marks materials with identifying information.
  • Opens boxes, crates, and other containers.
  • Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
  • Weighs or counts items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards.
  • Set-up and teardown shelves and racks for product placement and storage.
  • Performs periodic scheduled cycle counts and inventory checks.
  • Makes sure all necessary shipping documents are on/in the package for shipments and customs purposes.
  • Ensures that all necessary steps to prevent static electric damage are taken.
  • Completes requisition forms to order supplies from logistics companies (i.e. FedEx, UPS, Airborne, Emery).
  • Prepares parcels for mailing.Maintains inventory records.
  • Places stocked items on shelves and updates stocking logs.
  • Examines all products for discrepancies.
  • Fills out all necessary paperwork for receiving, shipping, or stocking.

Do you have experience inspecting electronic components for an independent electronics distributor? Then we have a very generous offer for you. We are looking for someone with experience with failure analysis, counterfeit detection, integrated circuit inspection and decapsulation (DPA).

Description:

Examines electronic components purchased from the open market for resale. Selects samples from date codes provided and tests samples with JetEtch II decapsulation system, TruView 180-3 X-ray system and ABI Sentry Counterfeit IC Detector to detect counterfeit, re-worked, re-balled or refurbished parts. Records defects and produces test report for purchasing manager. Maintains quality standards per customer specifications and quality requirements.

Job Duties

  • Approves finished product by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests
  • Perform accurate mechanical, physical and visual inspection of components and sub-assemblies as per Inspection Plans and Specification Requirements.
  • Read and interpret specifications and part prints
  • Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and customer specifications
  • Perform product identification and traceability activities, as required
  • Initiate Non-Conformance reports (Material Rejection Notices) as required
  • Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing results and imputing data into quality database.
  • Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs and following calibration schedules
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

THE POSITION

We have an immediate openings for a high-energy, full-time Sales Account Managers. We are searching for friendly and professional individuals. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Working directly with current and potential customers to fulfill component needs for existing manufacturing projects, or warranty and repair departments
  • Qualifying customer requests to build relationships and bonds using education and quality
  • Following up and growing the customer relationship via telephone and email
  • Uncovering customer issues and providing appropriate solutions by selling requested product, and additional products and services identified within the customer interactions
  • Placing a minimum of 100 outbound calls each day
  • Consistently meeting departmental sales goals of no less than $10,000 in monthly Adjusted Gross Profit Margin
  • Educating customer base on new and alternative components, based on customer requirements
  • Identifying and overcoming objections
  • Completing records of interactions, orders and accounts
  • Cultivating leads for other business departments and initiatives while following up on warm leads provided from others
  • Working alone, with self-direction

 

EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a professional who has a minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a direct selling organization.  Must have a proven track record, demonstrating the ability to provide consistent and above-target sales results.

Prior experience conducting telephonic sales to the manufacturing industry is preferred, however most telephonic sales experience will be acceptable.
